can't say i have ever experienced that happening, Antonio.

I have always been very pleased with how well my FCP stuff translates to dvd.

If its any help, my workflow is as follows...edit in 10bit uncompressed PAL SD, colour grade with 3wayCC, Highlight finished edit and set in/out points. RENDER ALL. Export Quicktime Movie - keep settings same as source. Open DVD Studio Pro (mine is set to default to a 16:9 pal sd format) Import Asset - choose movie just rendered. Create dvd. I don't bother with Compressor - it always takes far too long. I have not had a problem using the built-in compression in DVDSP. I would probably use Compressor if i were doing movies, but my work is all short commercials and they all look fine.

good luck
