Color drops effects on return to FCP

Hi all,
I sent a finished project to color and graded the project no problem. On the return trip to FCP only the first 40 sec or so of transitions appear on the sequence sent from color. No motion tab settings or keyframes are sent back and all filters are missing from the clips. I did use some 3rd party filters. I moved all clips on the sequence to V1 before I sent the project and took out all the freeze frames prior to sending. Color shows all the transitions when I am working on the project, but when I send it back to FCP they don't show up.

I just set up a new comp w/ Lion and the full FCP studio so I think some of my settings are off. I used to do this all the time on my old set up with no issues. I'm using FCP 7 and color 1.5.
