70s Look in Apple Color

Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project set in the 70s and I was wondering if anybody knows how to achieve an aged, 70s kind of look in Apple Color.
I'm wondering about specific techniques I could use to achieve the effect, do I reduce contrast? How did old cameras capture the reds, greens and blues differently than today's? Etc, etc.
