Media is offline in Color - online in FCP - from automatic duck Avid sequence.

I have a project in Avid - that was shot using Panasonic P2 media - that is "linked via AMA".
I have transcoded that footage, and exported an AAF using Automatic Duck, so I can bring the sequence into FCP, and use Color for color correction.

The sequence appears to be online in FCP, but when I send it to Color, it is offline, and I can not get those clips online.

The sequence clips has the same name as the clips from the card Eg. 0123G5, but the transcoded media is: Avid_Mob_0A10 ..... . So when I try to reconnect, it doesn't think it's the same file.

I also tried to media manage the sequence in FCP - but the .mov clips that it makes, retains the same "avid_mob" file name, instead of the name of the actual clip.

Do you perhaps have any pointers to help steer me in the right direction to get this online in color?
