shapes gone after saving

Hi everybody, Been lurking here for a while but this is my first post.

Anyway, I have a very frustrating problem with Color right now. All keyframed shapes vanish when closing and then reloading the project. Gone.

This happened earlier today too but then I guessed I had forgotten to save or something, but now I am certain I saved and when reloading all my shapes that are keyframed are gone. I also tried archiving the project but that didn't help either. I did render before saving just to be sure, so at least some of the work is saved, but where are the shapes? Do anyone know what the problem might be? Are there a known problem when having loads of keyframed custom shapes in Color v1.0.4?
