Offline clips when sending back to FCP?

Hi everyone -

I've had this problem a few times now:

When we send our finished Color sequence back to Final Cut Pro, some clips appear offline.

We can't figure out why, and were wondering if anyone has had the same problem (and, what the remedy was)?
