Hi Joey,
You are still as confused as in the beginning.
The 7.5 IRE issue, Is not a matter of SD vs HD.
Is a matter of Analog vs Digital.
If you deliver in digital, you have to keep your blacks at "0 IRE" (= 0 % in FC), if you want to keep on the standards.
I don't think that off-standard masters are the way to deal with un-skilled projectionists and infectious projection rigs.
