Panasonic TC-P50VT25 50" & Dreamcolor syncing

I am planning on adding this unit to a home studio for clients to be able to look at what I am doing from a couch on a wide screen 50" format. It is a nice open space so I am hoping to integrate both a work space for grading as well as a couch & coffee table client element that can also be a living room entertaining area.

I would like to first know how best one can sync these as close to possible for grading in broadcast and film formats. I hope to have them matched as much as possible so the client and I are on the same page and both match.

My next question is about wanting to also use the Panasonic for TV & DVD/bluray - do i need to save a custom color space on the TV to switch from work to tv / dvd?

Are there any other recommendations besides this panny Vt25 for a client monitor for a small home studio / entertainment area? how does the TC-P42GT25 42" compair?
