Re: sync problems, on verge of nervous breakdown, rescue me!

strangely enough I used 3 second handles, I can't remember what version of Color it is, it's from FCP 6.05 so whatever that one has. I'd forgotten about my speed changes and when I re-rendered I kept it in, and the lack of handles seemed to sort it all out.

I would have baked all of my motion effects, but I was getting some weird feedback on a baked 2 clip motion effect when I stuck it back in the timeline, I was getting all sorts of interference. But I think that was down to my lack of experience with XD cam footage.
