Joe, we are here to help even when our office isn't officially opened. I received your email for assistance uploading firmware at 9:54 AM this Sunday AM, you posted to the COW well before that...you have every right to vent any frustrations you may have, but if you need help with anything email us at support@flandersscientific.com instead of assuming we aren't here to help, you will NEVER wait more than 12 hours (and that is worst case scenario) for an answer.
