Eye fatigue

How do you guys keep your focus through a long day of grading? Right now I'm grading the swedish version of survivor and there's a lot of really strong green in the images and I notice myself keeping to much of the green at the end of the day. I'm using the scopes, of course, but still, I think I might trust my eyes too much.

Anyone got tricks? I'd really love the input.
