Black Magic Intensity

Just installed a Black Magic Intensity Pro on a Mac Pro running FCS3. Someone is running a timeline with HDV 1080i footage transcoded to ProRes on capture. Getting an output fine out of FCP but when we send to Color and choose the same output settings were not getting any signal out of the card. I've searched like crazy but can't seem to find a solution to this. Any potholes that I may have fallen down here?
