JP is likely misunderstanding the question.

A print preview LUT like the one Steve supplies is intended to display a Cineon coded image on a video monitor. What it expects as its input is a "full range" Cineon image, representing the image in a 0-1023 level scale, which might or might not have values below 95 or above 685 depending upon the color correction choices that were made. Color basically needs to be set to not restrict this (the print preview LUT is the only one you want in the path), so "full range" would be correct. Steve's LUT will be inserted on Color's output. This is the "normal" way of doing DI work in any color correction system if a proper print preview LUT is being used.
