Are you viewing it on a single link HD monitor or are you Dual Link? If you are single link then you need to use a LUT to convert the 444 log to view on a Linear monitor. AJA has it's own set of LUT's built in with the card. Also FCP still does not render out 10bit Log. You need to render your dissolves in Motion or Shake to get the full 10bit LOG render file. And, to make sure you are using the correct render file on the dissolve and not an older one, delete the render file and re-render to make sure.
