Hey Russell, thats not really the workflow I am talking about, its DPX straight through all the way. Having FCP render DPX internally is the only way. Also converting from DXP to ProResHQ is not a solution, you want to retain the DPX beauty. 10bit LOG DPX is the best format for feature work. You don't want to move out of that format. Also that example for FCP server is for PNG. totally diff bag of worms and all it is doing is taking a img sequence and adding a QT wrapper. We can already do that with the software in our Kona3 cards. Its called DXPtoQTTranslator.
