No, I export all my speed ramp clips as individual files, so they render in color quickly and don't mess with Color, which is nice. If I have a clip that is not effected in any way, it references a master clip which is larger. I'm guessing the only thing i can do is export those clips as well or make sure I have smaller master clips in FCP.
