I think I may have solved my own issue once again, haa. So based on the previous notes in this thread,

I realized what had to be done,

I had to export out of Color using the Original Format codec, and not chaning to either prores or uncompressed, although these were my only two options available and Original format was not accessable.

Why was it not accesable? Because I had a few elements within the color project which were different codecs, such as animation, and a few still images. I erased all those, and still nothing, so I then restarted color and walllah!

So if you are using footage which had the 2:3:3:2 advaned pulldown removal in the log and transfer in fcp, and use color to color correct, make sure you export back as original format, and if you cant for somereason, check all you clips to ensure they are all legal.

By legal I mean able to export using the original format, see here for the list.

Good luck, and its been fun talking to myself tonight, haa. Well everything is rendering now, so I hope it all works out, if not Ill make another post here with the continuing problem but Im confident it will work out, as I did a small test already.
