Red 4k at 25fps

Has anyone used Red 4K files for a FCP 1080 PAL project?

Offline was done at ProRes PAL 16:9, reconforming via XML using Clipfinder - Everything appears to go fine until I send it to Color - all of the clips are there, and the Red Room is even enabled, but no image displays on the output or the computer screen.

The RED/FCP Workflow document says it has been tested with 23.98 and 24, but not guaranteed to work with other frame rates. Any idea why? Is there a workaround other than re-rendering 1080p Quicktimes from ClipFinder or Red Alert?
