Effects not loading into FCP

I just had a crash with a Mac OS 10.4.11 update the other day and had to reinstall os X.

Now the imageflow and Veeyou plugins don't show up in final cut yet the FxFactory says that they're installed and licensed to me.

How do I fix this?
