Hi Lucas,

The generator shouldn't act any differently than other clips for the purpose of adding a transition. Perhaps there are other settings (motion, geometry) that are causing the unwanted pop.

Please contact us on Tech Support, we could try to replicate your sequence settings and build a sample project for you.
