Hi Kim,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The quick fix to your problem is to:

- Open the Sequence settings
- Go to the "Video Processing" tab
- Enable the "Render in 8 bit YUV" or "Always Render in RGB" options

The gradient will not render in high-precision color settings. You always see the gradient in Preview mode (e.g. when scrubbing) because no matter what your Sequence Settings are, FCP 5 & 6 will always render images at 8 bit in the canvas. (This is true for all built-in as well as third party plug-ins).

The next minor revision to FxFactory (a free update) will fix this issue so that you can leave your sequence settings as they are.

If your project requires you to keep the sequence settings as they are, let me know and I'll give you a slightly longer workaround which will let you use the Videoconference transition at 32-bit YUV.
