Sorry I'm late to check in and answer your question...but it looks like Jeron took care of you.
I'm not so much a hardware configuration guy. I know a little bit.
I use a Boxx machine myself...it sort of removes the DIY factor for me...which I like.
AJA is typically quite helpful on these issues. They would certainly know about any problem MoBos that have been around for any period of time...
