What do you mean by "lost the ASIO"?
Is it in "Edit / Preferences / Audio Hardware"?
How about the AJA video options?

It sounds very much like the type of problem that I have, so I'd like to know if reinstalling Premiere works.
The problem with reinstalling Premiere is that, from what I understand, the license is only for three installs.
I bought a new workstation in August and had to reinstall CS4 on that machine. Now I have only one install left, so I want to make sure that if I do it it will solve the problem.
