AJA Xena LSe don't work with Sony Vegas 8

AJA Xena LSe don't work with Sony Vegas 8. Am I wrong? Is there anybody using Xena with Vegas 8? I tried with 2 different PCs, all major drivers versions, with no success - "device unavailable". In my case it work partially with Vegas 7, but not 8.
