Planing new Box for AJA LH will this work ?

Asus Dual Xeon 5U SAS Raid Server
With :
2x Intel Xeon Quad-Core E5345 2.33ghz 1333
8 gigs of RAM ( DDRII 677 )
8 500 gig SAS drives ( Raid onboard )
Xena LH
And some type of Quatro pny card.

The case looks great !

Does anyone know of an problems this may have doing HD & SD editing
with CS3 ? Am I over doing it ? Any sugestions ?
