Quick Tip Suggestion

I've seen a dozen or so "Written" tutorials of sorts on how to create a seamless loop by cutting the last few seconds of video, moving it tot he front and doing a crossfade, but I've never been able to get the crossfade to look good.

How about a "video tutorial quick tip" on how to do this?
