Hey,
Sorry to burst in, but I have 2 ideas how you can use these effects.
The CC hair is not so useful in growing actual hair, but for any grass-lawn mower spot it will do fine.
As for the Fog 3D this is design to use with RLA/RFP files that was rendered from 3D program such as 3ds Max' lightwave or Cinema4D, they have additional Alpha channels information with depth and objects ID, so you can use it to simulate a fog from far away to closer places in your scene.
