.m2ts files green screening in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 - Adobe Ultra discontinued

OK...now that Ultra was discontinued, I am importing Sony .m2ts files into Premiere Pro CS4. There are only about 5 sliders to adjust the greenscreening in PPCS4. I've heard that Premier Elements and Visual Comminicator 3 have the same tools from Ultra but again they are not in CS4. Any thoughts on how to do this? Thanks.
