Zoom and Pan Weirdness....

Has anybody noticed that Zoom feature in Ultra CS3 doesn't listen to the numbered commands.

It's only by multiple tries, and the by chance, I can get the zoom to work.

Often, it starts to zoom right from the beginning even though I've assigned a later start time.

This gotta be a bug, right? Or am I going nuts?
