Ultra in CS4

I use ultra 2 from serious magic, and just purchased cs4 suite. Is there any way to integrate Ultra into cs4? Is anyone doing this?

Or, are you running Ultra as a separate program, importing files into it, keying it, and exporting to a file that you import into premier pro? How do you do it?

If Ultra stops working (I am getting a bunch of errors now..), is there any support on this list or elsewhere?
