Ultra, Ultra Librairies, CS3 Ultra & 64 Bit OS

First we had Ultra, then we bought some extra libraries, then came CS3 production studio and all was well. Until we installed a Win XP 64. Ultra installs o.k. from the CS3 disk but we can't load the extra libraries.

Has anyone else encountered and solved this problem?
