Andy BernsteinInput field stays white

I'm pretty new to Ultra. I captured some footage using DV rack and it imported fine, but when I captured using FCP, exported through Compressor's 24p reverse telecine process, then brought it into ULTRA, I can hear the audio portion, but the video remains a blank white screen. Any idea what's going on?
