Anyway to get HD into OnLocation?
by TL Westgate on Jul 2, 2008 at 7:10:13 pm

We have the CS3 video package (with OnLocation) and just bought a Canon XH A1. So far, I am loving this camera. Optionally, you can buy Canon's CONSOLE program, which does what OnLocation does (and a whole lot more), but it costs an additional $600. Which is money the higher ups aren't willing to spend right now.

I tried the camera with OnLocation over firewire to no avail. Any tips, tricks, or workarounds to get it to work? Or is OnLocation strictly for standard definition?
