Sotware to capture and compress video in Real Time

Hi!

Does anybody know a similar programme to Adobe On location but one that compress video while capturing?

I have to record some classes in my University and I would like a programme that compressees while I'm recording so in the end or the class I can upload the classes to the Internet. I'm working for the university and that would be great to know a software like that.
