[Jason Bart] "I'm running Vista. What could be the problem?"

Well, I am guessing here as I do not go back with OnLocation to the days when it was DV Rack, but my guess would be Vista. I don't think that DV Rack was ever written or tested for Vista. DV Rack goes back a few years and back then, Vista was was year or two into the future.

You might try searching this forum for the word Vista and see what comes up.
