you are not kidding they are in "flux" ...
if i call adobe they want me to pay ...
i called the company that actually does the activation on DV rack 2 which is in england ( number is found when you hit support after activations tells you it ain't working )
they said "purchase ref " is the section of serial # starting after SER ... so i'm suppose to input SER under serial ...and the remaining # under purchase ref .... didn't work !!!
they had me send them a file on my computer in the DV rack install folder and i'm waiting to hear back from them ...
in the meantime i can't use it ..but then i needed it last tuesday & thursday/friday ... i guess that tells one never update a product that is working the day before you need it ...
