How to sell a movie on itunes

Hello
I just finished editing a documentary for a musician. He has asked that I put it for sale on itunes so he can direct his fans to buy it there instead of burning DVDs. Is this possible? I couldn't find a "how to" on apple or thru google searches. If anyone has ever uploaded and sold movies on itunes could you please help me out.
