downloading IPod videos to computer

I am editing a demo reel and some of the clips were downloaded from Itunes to an Ipod. I need to get that material onto my computer.
when I load the IPod, it gives me a list of the TV shows but they are shaded and ask for me to authorize this computer from items purchased from Itunes store.

My question: do I have to get the owner's ipod user name and password in order to download these videos?
