"Can I manage my music and photos at home and video podcasts at work."
Both machines would have to have the exact same stuff on them from what I can figure out. I haven't found any way to use multiple machines and have each do a part of the total spectrum.
I know the latest versions of iTunes allow you to set how your iPod is to be treated ... BUT that only works from the beginning on. You must start with an empty iPod and get the machines to recognize it and then start building each part from there. Once an iPod is loaded, I am not aware of a way to get it to be recognized from two separate machines.
If you find the magic, please let me know as I'd like to do this also.
Best,
Ron Lindeboom
