Ipod does not show in iTune source list
by Rupert St Leger on Dec 1, 2006 at 5:32:12 pm

Hello,
i have a G5, Mac OS X version 10. 4. 8. and i recently updated iTune to the latest version. Everytime i plug in my iPod or nano pod, none of them appear in the source list in iTune. Therefore i cannot export music or videos. I have been on the iPod help menu but could not find anything about it (in order to restore or reset or whatever else they offer, you have to see ipod in the source list). I need some help here. Thanks.
