Clickwheel problem!

Hello all,

I have the old clickwheel Ipod 20GB. The clickwheel has stopped working. I have reset my Ipod a number of times but this problem still remains. The function keys still work (Play, Menu etc) and it just seems to be the sensitivity when browsing that has gone.

Note: This comes back temporarily when toggle the lock button a few times- then goes again.

Can anyone help please?
