DVW-M2000 Digibeta Deck

DVW-M2000 Digibeta Deck I am having a problem dubbing a tape out of a Panasonic-AJ-HD1400 to the DVW-M2000 SONY Digibeta Deck I have a signal and am good using SDI. The record inhibit will not go away I have even found in the menu and made sure it was off. I am still unable of manually Play and Record on the DVW-M2000 Digibeta Deck.

Any ideas
