Poster Frame
by David Rowan on Apr 4, 2006 at 5:52:46 am

Since I try to be picky about details here is one that has been bugging me;

I can't figure out how to set the "Poster Frame" on my video podcasts. That is, if I look in the info pane in iTunes or in some other places where "album art" might appear I see some random frame from a few seconds into the podcast.

Since I'm now running an advertisment at the beginning of the podcast it would be better if I could set the poster frame myself.

The "Set Poster Frame" in QT Pro doesn't seem to help, or perhaps I'm just not doing it right.
