Libsyn can create an RSS feed that contains all of your episodes that you've posted. Or, you can create your own. There are many programs that will help you create an iTunes compatible feed.
Once you have your feed worked out, you'll need to submit it to the iTunes directory since that feed is what people will be subscribing to. Just go to the iTunes store, click on Podcasts and you'll see a "Submit a Podcast" button right in the middle of the page. Just follow the instructions you'll be given.
If you don't need or want to have your show listed in the iTunes directory, people can still subscribe to your feed using iTunes--but it's not automatic. Just open iTunes, and go to Advanced>Subscribe to podcast. Just copy your feed address and paste it into the empty field iTunes will present you.
