I really like the way CreativeCOW zooms in to the specific area of the desktop when showing how to use software in a video podcast. Does anyone know how this is done? Is this a feature of Camtasia or something?

This zoom effect really helps me to clearly show the details of a demo. I would like to try this out and create a video podcast for my team.
