Great Barbara! It's disconcerting that you cannot use Premier Elements for the export and have it viewable in a browser. ???

You're video played fine in my Mac's Safari web browser.

I noticed it was exported as an regular MPEG-4. Did you try and h.264 MPEG-4 as well?
