Making an MP4 file
by AZ Archery Vidcast on Oct 20, 2006 at 3:23:11 pm

I'm in the process of creating my first Video Podcast and am having a problem. I'm sure it is just my inexperience and hope someone can give me a hint.

I have created my test episode in Adobe Premier Elements 3.0.

I exported "for IPOD", and it plays great on both my IPOD and in Quick Time. It says it is an MP4 file.
I uploaded it to my site- still shows it as an MP4, but when I- or any of my friends, downloads the file we get an error that says there is a problem with the plug in....

I can view MP4's from other podcasts on the same computer using the same software.

I'm thinking that I just need to find the right "export" from Adobe and then convert it with Quick Time Pro for the MP4.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should try to export it?

Thank you,
Barbara
