Good for you. I use LibSyn as well, and it's just such a great service.

Also, when I was ready to set up my account, it was goint to take several days for the e-check payment to clear before my account would automatically activate. I had to launch my podcast right away (it was fairly time-sensitive at the launch) and emailled LibSyn support. I received a quick reply that they had activated my account even though they hadn't yet gotten my payment. The email litteraly said, "Don't worry, we trust you Jon."

How's that for customer service?
