Hey Paul, I've listened to all of your episodes while I was working today and I think it's pretty cool.
There's quite a quality difference between the first and fourth episodes and that's about par for the course! Good for you. Onward and upward!

The only real problems I see are technical, so they're easy to fix.

1. You've got a killer logo for your podcast and you should embed it into the audio file so that it shows up in the album artwork window of iTunes. This really helps to reinforce your branding.

2. Your audio file seems a little too compressed (low bitrate) sounding. You might want to ease off and set the kbps a little higher. Maybe 96 to 128.

3. It seems like your voice was a little overdriven at times and there were some consistent breath pops. Also, the music was a little too loud in your outros and overpowered you guys a little. I couldn't quite make out everything that was said.

4. You two were mentioning the links to what items were discussed in the episodes. I see that they're on the Blog page, but you might want to consider putting a link on the podcast page to that Blog page to make it a little easier to find. I know it's the main page of the website, and you can click on the "teeth" to get there, but it could be clearer and took me some pokin' around to figure it out.

The interplay of you and Luis is great. Keep up the good work.

Jon

Good luck!
