I'm rendering in avi format (Video for Windows). The template is NTSC DV.

The other information on the template page is below.

Audio: 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, PCM
Video: 29.970 fps, 720x480 Lower field first, NTSC DV
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 0.909
Include Video: Yes
Frame Rate: 29.970 (NTSC)
Field Order: Lower field first
Pixel format: NTSC DV
Interleave every (secs): .250
Create an OpenDML (AVI version 2.0 comptiable file: Yes

I recorded the video at 720x480 at 30fps on my Olympus E-PL1. I want to be able to render the video as a DVD quality video so that I can give it to my brother in law so they can watch it on the TV or computer.

Knowing this information would you still say to render using Sony AVS as an "Internet HD" template?
